Minimum fee of $35 for all basic services. Hourly fee of $25. Errands traveling outside a 10 mile distance round trip will incur a .50 cents per mile fee when using your assitants vehicle.  Additional time beyond 1 hour will be billed in 30 minute increments. Hourly fee does not include cost of merchandise. No refunds

 

Any purchases or extra fees paid by your Helping Hand assistant on your behalf is your responsibility upon conclusion of service. For example, Should you ask us to do your grocery shopping or pay for any items we pick up, you will be charged the actual cost of the items purchased. Receipts will always be supplied. 

 

Service time begins when your Helping Hands assistant leaves for the errand and ends when the errand is completed. Payment is due at the conclusion of service unless otherwise arranged prior to beginning. We accept cash,check,Visa,Mastercard and Discover for our services. A $30 fee will be assessed for returned checks. 

 

Access to Clients Property

If your Helping Hand assistant cannot gain access to the clients specified residence or business and cannot perform the service, the client will be charged a minimum fee of $35.

 

House Sitting

Leave your home knowing its in the best hands

-Single visit $35/day. Your house check up will include light rotation throughout the house, alternating curtains to give the appearance that someone is home, bringing in the mail, taking out the trash and feeding of fish,cat,bunny,hamster,or dog.

 

Pet Sitting

30min visit=25.00/visit (up to 3 pets)

-In this visit your Helping Hand can pet,play,walk and feed your pets.

-3 or more visits per day is discounted to $20/visit

 

DAILY DOG WALKING

20min=$18

 

Holiday Fee

There is an additional $8 fee per day during all major holiday

 

Cancellation Policy

Errand Services must be cancelled within 24 hours of requesting service otherwise the minimum fee of $35 will be charged.
